Proofpoint: Modifying Your Proofpoint Profile
Use the following instructions to modify your Proofpoint Profile for Spam-Quarantined and Low-Priority Mail-Quarantined settings.
Log into the Proofpoint Web Application.
In the lower-left corner, click Profile.
- Default - By default, Quarantine-Spam and Low Priority Mail are delivered to their respective Quarantine folders.
- Quarantine Spam Only - if you select this policy, Low Priority Mail will be delivered to the Inbox.
- No Quarantine - if you select this policy, all Spam and Low Priority Mail will be delivered to the Inbox.
If you select Quarantine Spam Only (Deliver Low-Priority Mail), your Low-Priority Mail will be delivered to your Inbox.
Optional: Additionally, you can use WebSieve to redirect Low-Priority Mail to folders.
Optional: Use WebSieve to redirect Low-Priority Mail (if Quarantine Spam only is selected)

Edit filter rule:
Conditions
Else if > any of > the following matches
if message header > X-Proofpoint-Tag > contains > lowpriority
Actions
File into > Name of the folder
Select "Save Changes"
