Rice's KnowledgeBase, or KB, is full of information about working with information technology at Rice University. Topics vary from how to connect to the campus network, obtain free or discounted software, or to use specialized campus systems.
You can pull up general topics in the drop-down menu at the top of the KB screen. Or you can search for specific topics in the “Search the KB…” bar.
If you are looking for information about how to use a specific commercial product in the Rice environment, search the KB. However, if you want general information about working with a commercial product, you should navigate to that vendor’s informational web site.
