Microsoft 365 Exchange in Outlook (First-time Setup)
The following steps are for first-time setup using Outlook with Microsoft 365. You should have the Outlook email client software already installed if you are using an OIT-managed computer. You will not need a fresh install of that client software.
Step 1 - Open Outlook. Enter your NetID@rice.edu in Email address field, then click Connect

Step 2 - Select Microsoft 365

Step 3 - If you have not already signed in to Microsoft in your Office app, you will be prompted to sign in. Enter your NetID Password, the click Sign in.

Step 4 - Uncheck "Allow my organization to manage my device" and click "No, sign in to this app only"

Step 5 - Click Done.
