Migration to Microsoft 365 Exchange ( No Microsoft Sign-in Prompt)
This document provides instructions for those who do not receive the Microsoft Sign-in prompt after migration to Microsoft Exchange Online.
If you did not see the Microsoft sign-in prompt when you opened Outlook after your email was migrated to Microsoft 365 Exchange, please follow the steps below.
Step 1: Launch Outlook desktop client, click on File, and then Office Account on the left hand side menu.
Step 2: Under the User Information section, click Sign out, and keep signing out of all accounts logged in (if any), until you see the Sign in link.
Step 3: Click Sign in, and login in using the netid@rice.edu username format, and your netID password.
Step 4: Close Outlook, and then reopen Outlook.
