Adobe Sign Enterprise - Setup
How to create an account and access Adobe Sign Enterprise
You are required to have an Adobe Creative Cloud account to access Adobe Sign Enterprise.
Note: Adobe Creative Cloud includes Adobe Sign Pro, which is the basic version of Adobe Sign. This is not the same as Adobe Sign Enterprise. If you currently have an Adobe Sign Pro account, you may lose access to all agreements in this account. Please download and backup any agreements you have in your Adobe Sign Pro account before requesting access, as any agreements lost cannot be recovered.
When you are ready, enter a helpdesk ticket requesting Adobe Sign Enterprise. Please include information such as the department or group you would like to be a member of.

You can access Adobe Sign Enterprise by going directly to https://riceuniversity.na1.documents.adobe.com/account/home
We suggest you create a bookmark in your browser directly to Adobe Sign
2. By navigating to Adobe Sign Enterprise through your Adobe Creative Cloud account on: https://www.adobe.com/
Select Adobe Sign from the adobe homepage if you are in the Adobe Creative Cloud account.
3. From Adobe Document Cloud:
Once you arrive at the login screen, you will need to sign in with your Rice NetID email address (Net ID + @rice.edu)
After entering your Net ID email, select the Password field and you will automatically be taken to the next page.
Select Enterprise ID
You might need to login to Rice Identity Provider, using your Net ID and password
You will be taken to your Adobe Sign dashboard.
(Note: if you do not see the Rice logo in the upper left corner of the dashboard, then you are not in the right Adobe Sign Account, please contact helpdesk)
