Updates to Adobe Creative Cloud applications
This document demonstrates updating Adobe Creative Cloud applications. This informaiton is using Adobe Acrobat DC as an example.
Step 1 – Open Adobe Acrobat DC application.
Step 2 – Go to ‘Help’ in the menu bar, select ‘Check for Updates’
Step 3 – If the ‘Update is available’, select ‘Download and Install’
Note: Per Adobe, this update addresses customer issues and security vulnerabilities. Adobe recommends that you always install the latest updates.
You can continue working while download is in progress.
Step 4 – The progress bar is indicating: ‘Installing update’…
Step 5 – Installation was success as indicated by: ‘Update successful’
Step 6 - Go to ‘Help’ in the Menu bar, select ‘About Adobe’, check for Version 2021.007.20099
Step 1: Login in to Adobe Acrobat, go to account profile and locate Preferences
Step 2: General
Deselect "Show online storage when opening files"
Deselect "Show online storage when saving files"
