Adobe Creative Cloud License
Rice University and Adobe signed an enterprise license (ICUT) agreement. This agreement only applies to current Rice faculty and staff.
Audience: Current Rice faculty and staff | installation on Rice-owned computers.
If you are requesting the new Adobe Creative Cloud license and do not have an AdobeID affiliated with your @rice.edu email account, then:
Step 1: Submit a Help Desk ticket requesting the new Adobe Creative Cloud License.
Step 2: Check your email for an email from Adobe Creative Cloud. See the sample below.
Step 3: Open a browser and go to the Adobe website: https://www.adobe.com > Sign In with the email@rice.edu in which you received the invitation letter.
Step 4: Enter your email@rice.edu address
Step 5: Select Enterprise ID
Step 6: Login to Enterprise Organization with SSO, enter NetID and NetID password > Login
Step 7: This indicates that you are signing in to the Federated Authorization
Step 8: Under Creative Cloud Apps, select Desktop Download for a list of apps you can install.
Note: You will be prompted to enter your credential information for each application installation.
Step 9: Download the application(s) of your choice.
