Adobe Creative Cloud License

If you are requesting the new Adobe Creative Cloud license and do not have an Adobe account affiliated with your NetID@rice.edu email account, then: 

 

Step 1:  Submit a Help Desk ticket requesting the new Adobe Creative Cloud License.  

Step 2:  Once your account is provisioned, open your browser to the Adobe site.

Step 3:  Select Sign In, enter your Rice email address: NetID@rice.edu

Step 4:  If prompted to select an account type, select the organizational option (i.e., "Company or School Account" or "Enterprise Account"). Do not select the personal account option.

Step 5:  Proceed to log in via Rice SSO by entering your NetID credentials.

Step 6:  From the Adobe home page, select "Apps" on the left panel to install Adobe software.
