The original switchover date of June 18 has been postponed until some potential issues can be addressed. Certain links and commands in this document will not become active until WhooRU is activated.

To reset your forgotten password yourself, the system requires a cell phone number, a secondary email address, or both. This way, a reset token can be sent to the contact points external to the password that needs resetting. Please ensure that contact information remains updated in the WhooRU, the Rice Online Account Management System.

Log in to WhooRU.rice.edu. Click the downward arrow (⌵) next to your initials in the top right corner and select My Profile from the drop-down list.

Enter your email address and your SMS-capable phone number. You can also update any information that is not grayed out. Then press Submit.
