How to add Microsoft 365 Exchange Email to Android
The Microsoft Outlook App was designed and recommended to use with Microsoft 365 Email and Calendar. Microsoft Outlook provides more features and functionality than the native Android email and calendar applications.
Step 1: Download the Microsoft Outlook for Android app from the Google Play Store by searching for Microsoft Outlook.
Select Install.
Step 2: Select Open after the installation is finished.
Step 3: Select Get Started.
Step 4: The app may detect other email accounts on the device.
- To add another email account(s), choose the account (optional) to add, then select Add Account.
- To skip this step, deselect the account(s) by unchecking, the select Skip.
Step 5: Enter your Netid@rice.edu email address, then select Continue.
Step 6: Enter your NetID password, then select Sign in
