Print Refund or Credit
Print charges can be reviewd in Esther under the Student Services tab. Print charges are submitted to the Cashier's Office by the of each month for monthly billing. In order to expedite/receive proper print refund (credit), all request must be submitted within 7 days of any poor (bad) plot or print event. *Dates may be adjusted due to holidays/weekends/ and end of the academic year.
Plotter Job Credit
You can ask for credit for a bad plot if:
- you have used the Rice lab machines to send your plot.
- there are smudges or other obvious plotter ink issues with the plot.
- the plotter ran out of paper and it did not re-plot your document after the paper change.
Request for credit must be within 7 days of the event by submitting in person at the Help Desk (Mudd 103, during business hours).
Submit an OIT Ticket for account credit.
