Plotting Instructions - Creating a .pdf file

Instructions for creating a properly sized .pdf file for plotting

Open Powerpoint

If you already have content on your Powerpoint slide, you only need to follow steps 2 and 4 to ensure proper sizing/exporting

The following instructions assume you have an image of sufficient resolution to be printed at a large size
(We recommend at minimum 1000px per foot)

1) Launch Powerpoint
Open Powerpoint

2) Select the Design tab
Click on Slide Size->Cusom Slide Size... and enter the desired Width and Height, then click OK.

3) Insert your image and scale it to the full size of the slide

4) Select File->Save as and set the Save as type: to PDF, then click Save
Save as PDF

From this point, please follow these instructions (Plotting Instructions )to print your .pdf file
