Warranty Repair

If your Rice-owned device is under warranty, OIT will help escalate to authorized 3rd-party service providers who will repair and return to you. 

Non-warranty Repair

If your Rice-owned device is not under warranty, OIT provide limited trouble-shooting or referral for repair.

Equipment Disposal

OIT partners with authorized 3rd party vendors to securely and responsibly dispose of computing and electronics waste.

IMAC (Installs, Moves, Adds, Changes)

OIT can help you with the installation and relocation of hardware devices as required.
