This documents provides an overview and resources for uninstalling an app from a Windows or Mac computer

Uninstalling an app from a Windows computer

  1. Open the Start Menu. Click “Settings,” then choose “Apps.”

  2. Select “Apps & features” from the left-hand side menu.

  3. Select the Program or App that you wish to uninstall from the list that appears.

  4. Click the “Uninstall” button that shows under the selected program or app.

  5. Follow any on-screen instructions to compute the uninstall.

Uninstalling an app from a Mac computer

  1. Open Finder and browse to the app that you want to delete.

  2. Drag the app to the Trash.

  3. If you are asked for a user name and password, enter the name and password of an administrator account on the machine.

  4. Empty the Trash to complete the uninstallation (NOTE: All other items in the Trash will also be deleted when completing this step.)
