Paragraph: The title of the document is Heading 1 so start with Heading 2.  Use heading levels in order. For example, heading 4 is the subheading of heading 3. Don't just pick a heading based on appearance. Using nested headers in the appropriate order helps individuals using screen readers to navigate the contents.

  • Numbered or bulleted lists can be helpful for lists or steps.

[Heading 2]  Graphical Aids

[Paragraph] Screenshots and other graphics that can enhance a reader's understanding are encouraged. Do not include images that are only meant to be pleasing and don't add to comprehension. To insert a screenshot or graphic, the file should have the format of .png, .jpg, or .gif. Learn more about images in KB. The graphic must have alt text to meet accessibility requirements.
