Duo: Reactivate Duo on your Smart Phone
This document provides instructions for reactivating Duo Mobile on your smart phone after you have switched smart phones, uninstalled the Duo Mobile application on your phone, or performed a factory reset. To proceed, your smartphone will need to be able to receive calls or texts if it is the only device you've enrolled in Duo but it has to have the same number when it was first enrolled to receive a phone call or SMS text message.
