Updates to Adobe Creative Cloud applications and Preferences
This document demonstrates updating Adobe Creative Cloud applications. This information is using Adobe Acrobat DC as an example.
If you are having issues with Adobe Acrobat, performing "Save As" function and /or gives you a 'blank page', you will need to do both of the following: update Adobe application and change application preferences.
Step 1 – Open Adobe Acrobat DC application.
Step 2 – Go to ‘Help’ in the menu bar, select ‘Check for Updates’
Step 3 – If the ‘Update is available', select ‘Download and Install’
Note: Per Adobe, this update addresses customer issues and security vulnerabilities. Adobe recommends that you always install the latest updates.
You can continue working while download is in progress.
Step 4 – The progress bar is indicating: ‘Installing update’…
Step 5 – Installation was successful as indicated by: ‘Update successful’
Step 6 - Go to ‘Help’ in the Menu bar, select ‘About Adobe’, and check for Version 2021.007.20099
Step 1: Login into Adobe Acrobat, go to account profile, and locate Preferences

Deselect "Show online storage when opening files"
Deselect "Show online storage when saving files"
