Cyrus Email Trash Expiration after 30 days
On the Ricemail systems, (Cyrus) messages with a Sent date > 30 days old are removed on a daily basis from Deleted and Trash folders
The Ricemail systems (Cyrus mail) run automatic scripts each day to remove old messages from all users trash type of folders.
Messages placed in the following folders will be deleted after the "Sent date" exceeds 30 days old.
- "Deleted"
- "Deleted Items"
- "Deleted Messages"
- "Trash"
Do not use any of these folders as a location to store messages long-term.
