Reporting Phishing/Spam Messages
This document explains how to report phishing/spam messages. The original message contains information that will enable OIT to block this type of message from going through our mail servers. Select the link to the appropriate mail application or mail service. This will indicate the steps to obtain and send the appropriate original mail message as an attachment from the mail application or mail service below.
1. Create new message2. Drag the message you want to forward from the message list and drag/drop it in the body of the message3. Fill in the "To" field and click "Send"

1. Open the message2. Click on the three vertical dots in the upper right of the message3. Click "Show Original"4. Click "Download Original", save it, and send it as an attachment in a new message
1. Open the webmail in two browser windows2. Create a new email in one browser window3. In the other browser window, drag the email you want to attach from your email list and drop it in the blank email4. Fill in the "To" field and click "Send"
