Tableau Desktop and Prep Builder Install Instructions
Obtain a Tableau license key. If you don't already have a Tableau license, request a quote by creating an RT Ticket (firstname.lastname@example.org) to Central Procurement. If you are unsure or already have a Tableau license key assigned to you and are having issues retrieving it, please create a ticket to Enterprise Data and Business Intelligence (EDBI) Team for assistance.
Download Tableau. Click on the link below for which product you are downloading: Download Tableau Desktop - OIT suggests using Tableau Desktop 2020.4.9. Download Tableau Prep Builder - OIT suggests using Tableau Prep Builder 2020.4.1 for Windows users and 2020.3.2 for Mac users.
Once the file above has finished downloading, follow these detailed instructions to install and register your product.

Keep a lookout for emails from email@example.com for upcoming meetings and information. All Tableau desktop licenses holders are automatically added to the Tableau User Group.
