Obtain a Tableau license key. If you don't already have a Tableau license, request a quote by creating an RT Ticket (helpdesk@rice.edu) to Central Procurement. If you already have a Tableau license key assigned to you and are having issues retrieving it, please follow these instructions to retrieve it from Tableau's customer portal or create a ticket to Enterprise Data and Business Intelligence (EDBI) Team (data@rice.edu).

Join us for our monthly Tableau User Group meetings to stay up-to-date with Tableau updates on campus, learn tips and tricks, and see other members of the Rice community present their innovative dashboards! Keep a lookout for emails from tableau-users@mailman.rice.edu for upcoming meetings and information. All Tableau desktop licenses holders are automatically added to the tableau users group.
