Tableau Desktop and Prep Builder Install Instructions
Obtain a Tableau license key. If you don't already have a Tableau license, request a quote by creating an RT Ticket (firstname.lastname@example.org) to Central Procurement. If you are unsure or already have a Tableau license key assigned to you and are having issues retrieving it, please create a ticket to Enterprise Data and Business Intelligence (EDBI) Team (email@example.com) for assistance.
Download Tableau. Click on the link below for which product you are downloading: Download Tableau Desktop - OIT suggests using Tableau Desktop 2020.3.7. Download Tableau Prep Builder - OIT suggests using Tableau Prep Builder 2020.3.3.
Once the file above has finished downloading, follow these detailed instructions to install and register your product.
