NetID: Changing your Published (Primary) Email Address
How Rice faculty, staff, and students can select their preferred email address for the Rice online directory.
Note to students: If you prefer not to be listed in the Rice online directory, you can request it to be withheld within the ESTHER system. See also the Office of the Registrar's web page on FERPA.
You can select which of your email addresses or aliases you prefer to appear in the Rice online directory (https://search.rice.edu).
Login to https://mynetid.rice.edu which is Rice's Online Account Management System and requires using Duo Authentication.
Click the Select Primary Email Alias link in the left menu.
Select the radio button for your preferred primary email alias and then click Publish.
