When you click on the Network Manager applet in the upper right of the Gnome status bar, you should see the wireless networks currently in range. Select Rice Owls.

In the dialog box that follows, select the following options:

Any values not specified here should be left at their defaults. Click OK and you should connect to Rice Owls.
