Service Update: Oracle Online Guided Learning Browser Extension Deployment

Chrome users will notice a new extension pushed out to Rice OIT-managed machines in May. This plugin allows Online Guided Learning* to populate on the iO Dashboards and Visitor Management System. (Dashboards include: Finance, My Teams, Sponsored Projects and Faculty Funds, and Purchasing and Payments).
When your computer receives the extension, your Chrome and/or Edge browsers will display a message that your browser is now "managed by your organization" to indicate that the deployment was successful.
