How to check Google storage usage
To avoid running the risk of running out of storage in your Google Workspace for Education account, you should check the storage quota.
To check your Google account storage usage:
Step 1: Point your browser: https://www.google.com
Sign In to your Google account using netid@rice.edu and netid password

Step 2: Select Manage your Google Account
Step 3: Select Payments & subscriptions
Step 4: Go to Account storage section
Step 5: Select Manage storage

Step 6: Your storage is shared across Google Drive, Google Mail and Google Photos.
Below is an example of student account with 10 GB storage limit.
