Troubleshooting Adobe Acrobat 'Save As' Function
If you are having issues with Adobe applications, performing "Save As" function and/or results in a blank page, you will need to do both of the following: Update the Adobe application and change application preferences.
Step 1: Install all available updates from Adobe using the instructions shown in this article: How to Manually Update Adobe Creative Cloud Applications
Step 2: Open Adobe Acrobat
Step 3: Go to 'Preferences...' in the menu bar, select 'General'
Step 4: Turn off 'Show online storage when saving files'
