How to Update Adobe Creative Cloud Preferences
If you are having issues with Adobe applications, performing "Save As" function and/or results in a blank page, you will need to do both of the following: Update the Adobe application and change application preferences.
Step 1: Open the Adobe application that exhibits the error when performing 'Save As' functions
Step 2: Update the Adobe application using the instructions shown in this article: How to Update Adobe Creative Cloud Applications
Step 3: Go to 'Preferences...' in the menu bar, select 'General'
Step 4: Deselect 'Show online storage when saving files'
