Beyond Trust: How to remote into an iPhone or Android
Installing A Beyond Trust session on an iPhone or Android for support
Go to the App Store or Google Play store to download and start Beyond Trust
Skip to Step 7 and follow the steps.

On the iPhone, open a browser and go to remote.rice.edu, then enter a Session key.

On the iPhone, Click Yes to start the session.

On the iPhone, Click Install App

On the iPhone, Click the CLOUD to install the application

On the iPhone, Click on the OPEN button

On the iPhone, Click ALLOW for notifications.

Enter Address and Session key (remote.rice.edu)

On the iPhone, Click on the Radio button next to Remote Support

On the iPhone, click on START BROADCAST.
10 On the iPhone, Swipe this screen up to the background.
11. Now you can work with the constituent to see what they are looking at.
I have not figured out how to take control of the phone yet.
