CRC Service availability and uptime support statement
CRC is staffed to provide support for research during Rice business hours only for its shared infrastructure. If you need support beyond this please contact us so we can work with you and determine accommodations. CRC's services do not have any guarantee of continuous availability or uptime. We reserve our scheduled maintenance window (first Tuesday of the month), but may conduct unscheduled maintenance as necessary. We will provide notifications of downtime via best effort communications channels. Changes to this statement will be communicated.
