Common Applications

Contact the OIT Service Desk for support for installation of and problems with common software from well-known publishers, e.g. Microsoft, Google, Adobe, Apple, etc.

Specialized Applications

Installation support for specialized software from third-party publishers that are specific to discipline, function, e.g. MathWorks, ArcGIS, SAS, etc.

Application Deployment

Software that has been packaged for delivery through automated tools for Rice-managed systems and Box links for personal device installs.
