Google Calendars - transfer events to other Google calendars

How to Transfer Scheduled Events from One Calendar to Another, by a User with Calendar Rights.


Transfer an Event to a Calendar You Own

  1. Open Google Calendar
  2. Click an event -> Edit Event
  3. Next to Calendar and calendar name -> Down arrow 
  4. Choose the calendar you want to move the event to
  5. Click Save

Transfer an Event to a Calendar You Don't Own

  1. Open Google Calendar
  2. Event -> Options -> Change Owner
  3. Enter a new owner and a message to send them.
  4. Click Change owner.
  5. The new owner receives an email with a link
