Adobe Acrobat or Adobe Acrobat Reader not Displaying Network Printer that is available to the computer (PC)

- Click the Start Button.

- Select "Devices and Printers," where all of the printers available on the computer are listed.
select "devices and printers"

- Change the default printer by right-clicking on the printer. This example changes the default printer to "mdcolor".
Right-click. Set as default.

- This will force it to show up under the Acrobat and Acrobat Reader printer lists.
Printer is now in printer list.
