Investigating – OIT is still investigating this issue. OIT will be applying a workaround by providing a software update to all of the Owl printing computers in Mudd Lab, College Labs, and Fondren. Students should be able to select the printers in the respective locations.

However, if you encounter an error message, go ahead and click OK through the message. If you still do not see the printers, please report this directly using the Help Desk Ticket:  https://oit.rice.edu/request-help .  Be sure to add Owl printing issue in the brief description field.
